Buckwheat Zydeco (USA)

Stanley Joseph Dural Jr. better known as Buckwheat Zydeco was Born on 14 November 1947 in Lafayette/LA. He and his Family were picking Cotton, his father was a amteur accordion Player, he played Creole Music but Little Stanley was playing Rhythm & Blues after his father tough him to Play the accordion. He also became a professional organ Player and was backing Joe Tex, Clarence Gatemouth Brown and many other musicinas in the Region. In 1970 he founded Buckwheat & the Hitchhikers, playing Funky R&B before switching to Zydeco. He first backed up famous Clifton Chenier as an Organist. In 1978 he quit Clifton's band and picked up the accordion and began to Play Zydeco under his Name "Buckwheat Zydeco". He recorded 27 Albums in his Career and on 24 September 2016 he died of lung Cancer.
