Chris Zalez (USA)

Chris Zalez guitarist, singer, song-writer, born in Dallas,Texas. Zalez' music has been on the top of the Americana and Texas music charts. Chris is the original founder of the Tejas Brothers but parted from the band in 2009. Schooled in blues and country, with influences that range from Freddie Fender, T-bone Walker, Buck Owens, Gatemouth Brown, Buddy Holly, and Lazy Lester...to name a few. Listening to Chris's music gives you a glimpse into his soul. He stays true to his American Chicano roots by mixing Tejano, Blues, and country music, to capture a sound that is distinctively his own.
