Herbie Mann (USA)

Herbert Jay Salomon known by his stage name Herbie Mann was an American Jazz Flutist and a important early practitioner of world Music. He was Born 16 April 1930 in Brooklyn, New York and died 1.July 2003 in Pecos,New Mexico. He has recorded about 87 records and he was part of more than 20 recordings for other artists such as Chet Baker, Count Basie, Art Blakey, Sarah Vaughn and Air.
